At the cutting edge of technology in the field of neuroscience, the ICM's platforms provide scientific and technical support to researchers and clinicians at all stages of their projects: from the molecule to the individual.

These platforms are grouped into 5 thematic groups:

MOLECULAR EXPLORATION

• iGenSeq : The iGenSeq platform offers services for genomic analysis such as medium, high and very high throughput sequencing of DNA and RNA, qPCR and ddPCR.

• iVector : The iVector vectorology platform produces highly concentrated, quality-controlled batches of viral vectors (lentivirus, adenovirus, etc.) suitable for basic research, gene therapy and cell therapy projects.

CELLULAR EXPLORATION

• CELIS : The CELIS platform has all the equipment and techniques necessary for the culture of primary cells, cell lines and organotypic slices.

• E-PHYS : The ePhys platform offers its know-how in electrophysiology allowing to carry out in vitro and ex vivo patch-clamp techniques and in vivo or extracellular electrophysiology such as MEA (multielectrode array)

PRECLINICAL FUNCTIONAL EXPLORATION

• PHENO-ICMice : The ICMice rodent platform is dedicated to the creation and phenotyping of new rodent models. The main research areas developed on the platform are the study of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS and Huntington's diseases

• PHENO-ICMaze : The ICMaze rodent behaviour platform helps to conduct research projects using behavioural tests to characterise new transgenic lines and/or therapeutic targets.

• PHENO-ZFish : he PHENO-ZFish platform, dedicated to preclinical research on zebrafish, has high quality equipment, allowing users to perform imaging, optogenetics, as well as behavioural experiments.

BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOSTATISTICS

• Data Analysis Core - DAC : The DAC platform manages three types of activities: "Databases and Datawarehouse", "Genomics/Bioinformatics" and "Biostatistics". It provides analytical support (study design, data processing and interpretation) as well as web-based services (transcriptomic data mining, characterisation of brain lesions from neuroimaging data,...).

• CENIR-Human MRI : The CENIR-Human MRI platform brings together a range of expertise in neurological diseases, cognitive neuroscience and image analysis and provides high-quality imaging tools for the study of the human brain and spinal cord.
